A12 is completely characterized in TG 51 and TRS 398.

Farmer-Type Chamber Model A12. The collector length of the
Model A12S is approximately one-third the size of the Model A12,
which confines its collecting volume to more of the tip of the
chamber.

The Model 14
Microchamber is designed specifically for assessing radiation
fields encountered in IMRT and stereotactic radiosurgery.
Outwardly, the Microchamber is identical to the Model 1 Exradin
Miniature Shonka Thimble chamber; both use the same base and
shell. However, the Microchamber is capable of measuring
extremely small field sizes of 4 mm by 6 mm allowing for
exceptional spatial resolution and exact pinpoint beam profile
characterization.

The Model A14SL

A14. It has the exact same internal dimensions and collecting
volume as the Model A14, yet the entire chamber has the uniform
diameter of 6.4 mm (0.250 in), which is ideal when fitting it
into a small phantom. The Microchamber is capable of measuring
extremely small field sizes of 4 mm by 6 mm, allowing for
exceptional spatial resolution and exact pinpoint beam profile
characterization.
