Alloys and Alloy Melters
These alloy melters are equipped with temperature control, heated outlet, tank insulation, cover insulation and a flexible outlet hose. They are available in two different sizes. The small alloy melter has a capacity of 49kg the bigger
one has a capacity of 150kg alloy.

Alloy Melter MT 49A
These alloy melters are microprocessor controlled with self-optimization program for the entire control parameters, which is important for minimizing temperature overshoot during heat-up. Temperatures higher then 110°C pay a decisive role in deforming the foam while pouring the alloy.
Important System Features
- Quick heat-up time
- Heat-insulated, hinged cover
- Self-optimization for control parameter set
- Heated ball-valve
- Flexible outlet-hose

Alloy Melter MT 150
The MT 150 melting pot is used for melting non-ferrous metals with low melting point for use in radiotherapy shielding.
This alloy meter is microprocessor controlled with a self optimization program for the entire range of control parameters. A precise temperature control is important for minimizing overshoot during heat up. Temperatures higher than 110 degrees C play a decisive role in deforming the foam while pouring the alloy.
